Cal Plus is an AI-powered health and nutrition tracking application that provides:

• Calorie and Nutrition Tracking: Monitor your daily food intake and nutritional goals
• AI Food Analysis: Analyze food photos to provide nutritional information
• Meal Planning: Generate personalized meal plans based on your preferences
• Restaurant Recommendations: Discover healthy dining options nearby
• Progress Tracking: Monitor your health and fitness goals
• Barcode Scanning: Quickly log packaged foods
• Groups & Social Features: Create or join groups to share meals, react to posts, comment, and track group streaks with friends, family, or community members

4. Groups & Social Features

4.1 Group Participation

• You may create groups or join existing groups via invite codes or links
• Group creators have moderation privileges including removing members and banning users
• All content shared in groups is visible to other group members
• You are responsible for the content you share in groups

4.2 User-Generated Content in Groups

• Meal Sharing: When you share meals to groups, other members can view your meal photos, names, and nutritional data
• Comments: You may comment on shared meals; comments are visible to all group members
• Reactions: You may react to meals with emojis; reactions are visible to all group members
• Profile Visibility: Your profile name and avatar are visible to other group members

4.3 Public Groups

• Public groups are discoverable by all users through the app's public group discovery section
• Content shared in public groups (meals, comments, reactions) may be visible to any Cal Plus user browsing public groups
• Your profile name and avatar may be displayed to users browsing or searching for public groups
• By joining or sharing content in public groups, you consent to this content being publicly visible within the app
• If you prefer privacy, use private groups which require invite codes to join

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, all users must follow these Community Guidelines:

5.1 Be Respectful

• Treat all users with respect and kindness
• Do not harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Avoid personal attacks, insults, or discriminatory language
• Respect diverse dietary choices and health journeys

5.2 Keep Content Appropriate

• Only share content related to food, nutrition, and health
• Do not post sexually explicit, violent, or graphic content
• Do not share content promoting eating disorders or unhealthy behaviors
• Do not post spam or promotional content

5.3 Protect Privacy

• Do not share other users' personal information without consent
• Do not screenshot and share private group content outside the group
• Report any privacy violations to our support team

5.4 No Harmful Activities

• Do not use Cal Plus to promote illegal activities
• Do not attempt to scam, defraud, or deceive other users
• Do not share misleading health or medical advice
• Do not impersonate other users or organizations

5.5 Reporting and Moderation

• Use the in-app Report feature to flag inappropriate content, users, or groups
• You may block users to hide their content from your view
• Group creators may ban members who violate guidelines
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

6. Eligibility

6.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Cal Plus
• Users under 18 must have parental consent
• Users under 18 should consult with a healthcare provider before using the app

6.2 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Appropriate Use

You agree to use Cal Plus only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

11. Limitation of Liability
